Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal
The Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal was established in 2007 under the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act.
The independent Tribunal hears complaints from public servants alleging reprisals for reporting wrongdoing. Cases are referred to the Tribunal by the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner.
