Following the decision by the Tribunal's first Chairperson to establish rules of procedure, a consultation group was created. This group, composed of representatives of Public Sector Integrity Canada, the Treasury Board Secretariat, the Department of Justice, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Public Service Alliance of Canada and the Professional Institute of the Public Service, has concluded its work. The proposed rules will be submitted to the future Chairperson for his/her approval.

The rules will then be published in the Canada Gazette to give interested persons the opportunity to make representations. Once the rules are approved, they will be published on this Web site.
